After out first meeting with Mike and Dan, both my husband and I felt a huge relief. They answered all of our questions , addressed our concerns. They were down to earth, honest, realistic . They asked us more questions then we had for them. They wanted to know us, who we were, what we wanted, our tastes . They weren’t overselling, they kept things real. They didn’t wear suits, and flaunt their bling. Like some of the agents on Billboards we see. We knew we were in good hands. After that day, Mike and Dan worked really hard on finding our home. We were looking at as many as 4 or 5 homes per week. And the homes were ticking off 75 to 99 % of our wants check list. Not wasting anyone’s time. They made us feel like we were their only clients. We would call them about a house we found, and they would get us in to see it, the same day or the next, When they had a wedding in Italy they had two other team members showing us homes. And they were calling us from Italy, making things happen from there. Didn’t miss a beat. After every showing we had a pow wow with Mike and Dan and they would point out the pros and cons of the house, having a lot of construction and renovation knowledge they could easily point out problems and positives, or point out potential changes we could make.They had so much patience with us, when we were trying to decide if we wanted to make an offer. Never did they attempt to sway us. When we did put offers on a house, they held our hands, triple checking all the details with us, making sure it’s what we really wanted.Almost 99% of the time they knew the selling agent very well. Mike’s over a decade experience in Banking was a huge plus for us. When we finally found the house we knew we really wanted, they knew how to make it happen. When we were moving out of our house, we were overwhelmed, and running out of time. They came to the house to check on us and actually hired a couple guys to to move some stuff out! Mike and Dan went above and beyond. We can’t say enough about this team. They are all amazing . Would I recommend these guys ? In a heartbeat!
